Briefing requests
When you request a briefing we store your name, email, company, website, languages, the engagement you chose and your message, plus the time and the page you sent it from. Purpose: answering your request and preparing the call. Legal basis: your consent and steps before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We keep it for 12 months without a contract, and for the legally required period with one.
Who sees it
Only the people who would work on your request. Our server is in the EU. We use AI engines to measure answers; we send them buyer questions, never your personal details.
No tracking
This site sets no cookies, has no analytics or advertising tags, and loads its fonts from our own server.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object, by email. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
