Why one screenshot is not monitoring
Ask ChatGPT the same question twice and you can get two different lists. Answers also differ per engine, per language and per country. A single answer proves nothing either way; a trend over fixed questions and repeated runs does.
What to track
Visibility: are you named, and how often across runs? Accuracy: are your prices, locations, services and status described correctly? Sources: which pages do the engines cite when they talk about you or your category? Competitors: who is named instead of you? Together these give your share of voice, per engine and per market.
Tools and services
Several AI visibility tools now track brand mentions in AI answers, and they are useful if someone acts on the numbers. Monitoring alone changes nothing: the value is in fixing the sources and pages behind a weak or wrong answer. That is the part we do.
How we monitor
Our Done-for-you plan measures 30 buyer questions three times in five engines every month, with the raw answers. Category Leader adds a weekly share of voice against five competitors you choose. For companies where one wrong answer costs real money, ToBeFound Premium watches the answers 24/7, and on Private Office a person responds to a wrong answer within one hour, day and night.
When the answer is wrong
Record it, find the source the engine repeats, correct it there and on your own site, and ask again until the answer changes. When AI gets your company wrong walks through each step.
